Advice on Gamefasts.com? Reliable site?

The owner of that site is on CAG with the username Gamefasts. He's been promoting it in threads as well as selling Amazon giftcards, not sure how that's been going but it did seem rather fishy so I wouldn't trust it.
 
there's no secure lock icon-thingy at the bottom right corner of your web browser when entering your credit card during check out

Yeah i'm sure "we will be get" our game "fasts" after we buy it from you!! :booty:
