I don't think it's a good trade, assuming you're getting VC/WKC. Those two can both be had for $15 each new, from Newegg.

Edit: Valkyria Chronicles seems to be out of stock currently, but it comes and goes. I just bought mine a few weeks ago after it had been OOS for a while.
