All-time funniest movie moment.

I'll go with Ace Ventura Pet Detective, but a different scene at the end when he almost catches the bird and he beats the shit out of that mascot
Oh the part in American Psycho in which the nutjob thinks the ATM says "Feed me a stray cat" and he picks up an alley cat and tries to shove it into the ATM machine had me going crazy all night.
That was great.

And in the more traditional humor route, all of Kentucky Fried Movie. Especially, Fist Full of Yen and Danger Seekers.

all of dodgeball especially the scene where that guy is trying to dodge traffic and gets hit by two cars hahahaha me and my friends laughed our asses off throughout the whole movie. Anchorman would come in at a close second then snatch.

"you people look like a bunch of retards tryin to hump a doorknob out there" one of the many quotes from dodgeball

Damn so many movies

like in mallrats when the beat up the easter bunny
or in old school when they tie the rope with a cinder block to their penis and drop it off a bilding and winsy's goes through the sewer lid, that whole movie was funny.

There's a couple of dark comedies in which a large portion of the movie is really funny depending on your sense of humor, two of my favorites would be Death to Smoochy and American Beauty.
Death to Smoochy was one weird flick. I have to admit the penis cookies were hilarious though.
yaeh definently Death to Smoochy and American Beauty. American Beauty is also a fun film to analyze to what it holds true to the real world, like outsourcing of jobs, etc. Eh, i'm rambling. Any way Forrest Gump was as well a pretty funny movie. Bruce Almighty: Anchorman Scene was a great also. Way to many movies to say.

Gotta agree with Old School, that part had me laughing my ass off for weeks.
Chasing Amy, the beginning at the comic con all the way untill they leave the bar. "what is a nubian"
Clerks-dick sucking scene.
Mallrats Easter bunny.
Oh yeah and classic, Fletch and Fletch lives.

I liked all of Holy Grail, Spaceballs, airplaine. One of my favorite scenes of a TV show making fun of a movie is from Family Guy. It's the scene where they mock the shower scene from Porky's. Peter's peaking through the hole, looking at the girls. It turns out the hole is in a board he has up to his face and they spot him.

I thought to mention a scene that popped into my head and not yet mentioned...

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles when they are driving at night and his coat gets stuck on the seat and he drives with his legs....

I also liked it later when the not-so-dead deer in the back seat wakes up and scares the shit out of them...also remember when John Candy has his hands in the pillows..

lol
I'm thinking the scene in Caddyshack where Ty Webb (Chevy Chase) is practicing golf late and hits his ball into Carl's (Bill Murray) shed. That conversation is amazing.

"It's one part Kentucky Bluegrass, on part bent and one part California Sensimilia. The great thing about that is that you can play 36 holes during the day on it and then come home and get stoned to the Bejesus Belt."
Apparantly that whole entire scene was improvised by the two on the spot.

speaking of planes trains and automobiles, the entire scene with steve martin cusin out the rental car employee was too good for words.

that movie had a lot of subtle funny humor.

Uncle buck was pretty funny, and alot of john candy movies had some great moments.

I never saw the movie till it was on DVD and i laughed so hard i was crying when cartman got on the bullhorn and yelled at the teacher.
Almost any part of "South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut".

My friends and I saw it in the theater, and I don't think we stopped laughing for more than a minute at any point during the movie. My sides literally hurt from laughing.
Its been awhile since i watched it but i was favorable for-i think the short was called-Catholic high school girls in trouble. Cant beat the shower scene.

The scene in Boondock saints when they kill the cat
Boom! Cat splatters on wall
"I cant believe that just $%#ing happened"
"Is it dead?"
The great part is that it's the directors revenge towards an ex-girlfriends cat that he hated.
or at the strip club when rocko touches the stripper's breast while shes fainted
"Ill tip!"

I like the scene in Liar,Liar when Jim Carey is in the bathroom..."What are you doing?" .... "I'm kicking my ass"

Earlier someone mentioned Ghostbusters, the "Yes its true... This man has no dick" scene. Great scene.
