Amazon 1pm Lightning Deal Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Collector's Set (40 discs)

I'll be getting if it's $99. I've been watching it on lately on Hulu, but they only have the first two seasons.

Can anyone say how Buffy was shot - video or film? IE: Will it ever come out in high def?

It won't ever be in High Def. It's one of the shows I can almost guarantee.

If it is $99, I'm going to buy another, and then return the one that I have. I have two Season 7 Disc 5 discs, and no Disc 6 disc. You have no idea how mad I was when I go to watch the series finale and realize that the disc that I have is a duplicate of disc 5.
 
It's been a DotD a few times and the price has ranged from $120 to $100, but each time it gets $10 cheaper, so I'm hoping for $90. :)

I would recomend getting the individual season sets. In the rambaldi set all the disc are in these cardboard sleeves where everytime they move one they get scratched a little. And the bonus disk doesnt have anything amazing on.
 
Lightning Deals pretty much never come back in stock for that price, it'll probably be back in stock now/later for their normal price

Thanks for the Alias suggestion. The boxset looks cool, but the cardboard would piss me off.

If you wait another 3-4 months it will be back and will only be $80, I'm really cheap and waiting for it to hit $70, which should be by Christmas. :)

And they never come back in stock. They have a set number they sell for the sale price and once they are gone they are gone.
 
this has been $99 a couple times before

want to get it for the extra disk, but i got s1-7 from best buy last summer for $6 each or so with the fox coupon so can't really justify spending $99 for one disk
