Yep, FIFA 10 is still just as much as World Cup and it was released in October. Im satisfied with my purchase at $43.44 after tax and two day shipping.
 
I just realized I have $15 in Amazon credit! So that would make it $25 out of pocket. For those that have this, how is the gameplay, controls, AI, etc.? Is this game really worth the price?

I ask because I'm in a pickle...I was planning on getting Madden 11, which includes another $20 Amazon GC.

The controls are very similar to FIFA 10. I think it's a little crisper; defense can still be a little frustrating. And the revamped PK system is awesome. I think it's a great purchase. The Online World Cup completely makes it worth it IMO.

Damn why is this game still 47 bucks on the 360 version! wish this was on sale last week.. i had 20 dollars promotional credit and i spent it on deathsmiles :whistle2:#
 
So is this a good deal? I was going to hold out for Fifa 11, but I think I may jump on this as my first PS3 game!

I got it for $40 at Best Buy, and thought that was a perfect price, honestly. It's an awesome game, and I logged a bunch of hours into it. For any FIFA fan, I'd say $40 is a definite buy.

I bought this for $40 at Best Buy when it was on sale there a few weeks ago for 360.

Great game but I'm trading it in to Amazon now for $27. I enjoyed it but I get crushed in online mode all the time. Now I'll put that $27 towards Madden which comes out soon and will give a $20 gc so I could buy Fifa 11 for $40 when it comes out if I choose to.

No online teamup in this. There is online play which is good but I seem to not be good enough to compete a lot of the time---pretty much like all sports games online I guess.

Ultimately I would recommend the game, only selling it to get Amazon credit towards Madden since I don't have much cash.
 
I picked this up yesterday with $20 credit for $19.99. I used FSSS and it still hasn't shipped. The holiday might have something to do with that though.

If your order hasn't shipped (or is being prepared for shipping), just cancel that order and order again. If it is in the shipping process, email them asap and let them know.
 
Damn... Should have used my Singularity Credit on this. Oh well getting Metroid Other M for $27.49 is pretty win too.
