Ok I'm finally done. After buying a shitload of clothes today I proceeded to order mad men on blu-ray and the office seasons 2 and 3 for christmas presents for my sister. Please God help me control myself better next black friday.
 
All this hype for Mad Men, combined with the $16.99 price point, just forced me into a blind buy and the final purchase for Black Friday. $300 later.

At least I'm done with Christmas shopping for the family.

Did you do the 5 day shipping? That does seem pretty fast. When I order with them, it usually takes a couple of days for them to ship it.
 
All my order from last night/this morning/even this early afternoon were all shipped today. Since I'm a Prime member, they will arrive on Tuesday! The UPS man is going to freak when he sees how many packages are coming my way! WOO HOO!!!!

I was thinking the same thing--amazon should be smart and automatically combine orders (like DeepDiscount does sometimes). One of my later orders I switched to the free standard shipping to give the mailman something to do--also allow for more time until it ships in case the price drops again.

Yep. All super saver shipping. The only one that hasn't shipped was the bond blu-ray order that I placed about 6 EST. Those won't ship until mid-december, but I don't care.

How could you say that when you didn't even know what Wal-Mart was going to have on sale? They had at least 30-40 BD on sale for $15. Didn't turn out there was anything I wanted besides what Amazon had, but those that skipped Wal-Mart B&M might have made a mistake, considering BD especially in rural areas aren't quick movers.

My stuff is going free shipping; the things I ordered this morning have already shipped, but the stuff I ordered the day before is still at "shipping soon". Weird.

Why was the Kill Bill Blu-Ray Combo listed in the Blu-ray Black Friday sale section? I waited all day for a drop in price and saw nothing. I was optimistic because amazon previusly had them for $27 in the Gold Box special.

Went back on Amazon.com and the Mad Men blu-ray box set at $16 is too good to pass up. Added the Untouchables for $8.99 (was one of the blu-rays I was considering today at Wal-Mart for $14.99) to qualify for the free shipping.
 
I bought Weeds season 1 and 2 for regular good old DVD for $9 each, and then Batman Begins 2 Disc set for $5, Breach for $4, and Apollo 13 two disc for $5.50.
 
For Mad Men Season One on BD, it says that it's only available in "Standard Packaging." What exactly does this mean? Was about to bite on this deal, but this kinda caught my eye.
 
I'm sure it just means no slip case or extra pacaging features. I don't think madmen has offered that for the BR version though. I know best buy had the dvd set that had the "standard packaging" inside some metal/tin zippo looking container

In for Iron Man, went ahead and threw in a Pre-order of Dr. Horrible to get to Free shipping. As far as I can recall price of Kung Fu Panda dropped a buck or so to $15.49 as well.

I think I missed Band of Brothers BLR for $49.99 earlier this morning...frakkin deals are killing me. :p

Grrr. I had 6 blu-rays in my cart overnight and the price on them all went up $5. I knew I should have ordered them last night.
