Monster Tri - Sold out even at $25; This is why the deals on Amazon aren't so good anymore!

They don't even have to try...

Nice! picked up MHU and then added the Nyko controller that was ~$13 to get the free shipping. Game sells for over $30 on ebay used so I'm happy with this small price cut.

Amazon deals haven't been good in about 2-3yrs. I used to buy a lot from Amazon but I agree its like they just wait to pm other stores deals verses coming up with their own.

Pulled the trigger on Monster hunter. WiiU needs some love now that I have a PS4 and XBone in the house...lol

$5 decrease from $30 on the 9th or so. Not enough of a discount to be considered a BF deal. Guess I'll free this one up for someone else.
I did the same thing, I actually got in on the waitlist but decided not to bite. The game has been hovering around the $30 range so it's not enough to get the impulse buy from me.

Yup pretty much. One of the best BF deals last year was MS Store's $10 sale. Not sure if they will repeat it this year, but we'll see.

GTAV for $33.99 right now! Same price it would be on Black Friday. Best u grab it now instead of missing out on it Friday

man, many of these gaming deals suck. Really? Monster Hunter 3 Wii U for $25 - only $8 less than normal asking price? What a bargain...thought BF deals were supposed to stand out from all other deals from the year. Hell, even Nintendo discounted MH3 to $25 on eshop at the beginning of 2013. I was expecting $15, and AT MOST, $20

been on there the last couple of days; not a single deal tempted me. I only bought one thing (it was only $5 less than normal) because I needed it anyway. Last day of looking then I'm done trying.

3 minutes until the 3DS XL goes on sale. How does this work? Does the button change once the countdown ends? Do I need to go to some other page? Do I refresh the specific product page?

Two years ago the buttons would automatically change. Last year I had to refresh and go back and find the item...and then it was all claimed. I guess it's random

lol...yep....had to refresh...# 500+ in the waitlist.

If you're in the proper page with the LD's, once the timer counts down, it will refresh on its own. No need to refresh page on your part. Just click button to add to your cart.

Lmao ok THAT was ridiculous. At least MH3 you had like 10 seconds or so.

I literally clicked as soon as it was available, and I'm on the waitlist.

Probably for the best, I didn't really need one. Still, that was shockingly fast. Even the wait-list was maxed out in seconds.

Wow, so much for maybe getting a 3ds in the cart.  I didn't even get a chance to click, it took like 7 seconds to refresh and then over.

That LD for 3DS XL was utterly ridiculous. I clicked Add as soon as the countdown hit zero and I got wait listed. Did they have one of them???

Thanks to my Rock Band 3 trade in and 2x Capcom Triple Pack trade in's, I got the 3DS XL for free (or the $69 I paid for the trade in games). Thank you Amazon for making me not go out on Black Friday and save even more money with trade ins!

I got the r/b one but I joined the waitlist for the b/b one just to see how the waitlist feature works. Does anyone know how they notify you? I don't remember from last year.

Do you get a pop-up on Amazon or something if it becomes available through the wait list?

Not that I'm expecting that to happen or anything, just curious.

I got both but wondering if i rather have the special edition for $200
Yea, $150 is nice, but I picked up an XL from Best Buy a few months ago during a sale for $170...which I sold later on, but since there are freakin tons of the Zelda XLs at the Best Buy near me I might pick up one...still debating it.

I got in.  One of the fortunate ones.  Now I don't need to go to Target.

Edit: need to check their calculation of tax.  I think it was off.

I got distracted and forgot to check on that 3ds xl, but I see that it was near pointless for me to be watching anyways.  Congrats to those that got in on it though!
