Poor sales/lots of hard core hype usually indicates large price drops (cheaper than $35). If you can hold off on Brutal Legend I think you'll find it at $20 sooner than you would think.

I'm sure it is worth more than $20, and probably even more than $35. However, what CAG wants to pay more for a product that is necessary?
 
I hope Amazon matches some of the Gamecrazy deals. I wouldn't mind getting :ps3: Bionic Commando for that price.
 
Question for those on iPhones: when watching the lightening deals and the counter hits 0:00 do you have to reload the page in order to see the deal?

Mine hits 0:00 but does not change to the product/add to cart button. When I reload it takes forever and half the time does not load all the deals (just the orange circle thing). Is there a certain page that load better then others?

Mine worked fine. Maybe try reloading around 4-5 mins before the deal hits, no later.

I think Amazon is just having a problem in general, it's not even loading right on my computer sometimes. Probably traffic related.

I was up at 3 am and wasn't able to use it. When I finally got on my computer hours later I was able to get L4D2 and DA:O before they sold out. Try to get to a computer if you can.

Yesterday at work I was on mine and it took a few seconds later but it worked. I added godfather II to my account and by the time it was claimed 67% was already gone, and that was like 20 seconds in!

I will give that a try. I don't really have anything that I want right now but I know tomorrow their probably will be so I am trying to figure out the best plan of attack.

hhhmmm, mine hits the 0:00 and sits thier with the clue phrase. Maybe I don't give it long enough. Amazons lightening deal system in general is piss poor but it's giving me real problems on the iPhone.
 
Does anyone know how long the lightning deal prices stay in your cart after you claim the game? There are several game throughout the day that I'd like to buy and combine into one shipment.

Not too many good deals for me this BF :/ I bought a lot of games last BF on Amazon.

Only game I haven't bought yet is CODMW2 but I don't know if they would have any deal on that since they did the preorder bonus and then again the $10 bonus. I don't want that deal though.. I already have a $10 credit and hoping CODMW2 goes for $40 as a BF early sale so I can nab it for $30.

But I am probably just dreaming... lol

Wow, Amazon is all messed up.

I ordered Tales of Symphonia for $9.98, and got my confirmation email saying that it ships in one month.

LMAO. Kind of odd for a sale item to have such a long ship date. I'm not too worried about it though...I have a huge backlog to work through and its not a present for anyone, so I suppose I can wait.
 
porieux, I tried your method reloading with about 3-4 minutes remaing and it worked like a charm. Takes a few seconds to change over but t does with no problem. Sweet. I have the black Friday page opened along with a few others (CAG, slickdeals, etc) so maybe switching between pages messes with their system. Thanks for the tip.

Details of the patch? Online still is laggy as hell what is up with that? You release the joystick for a freethrow its off because of lag, not to mention trying to defend theres like 1-2 second delay in everything

so which basketball game is better this year 2k10 or nba live 10? i've been a 2k guy for a while but i have to admit these past couple 2k's have felt the same, and ive read that in 2k you can still score at will in the paint.

I got something similar when I got Quantum of Solice on Bluray yesterday (said it was going to arrive after Christmas). But then later that day I got an email saying that actually I'll receive it on the 5th of December ^_^

can't tell if there's some sarcasm in here but this is a bit of an exageration. I've never had more than a couple lag problems out of a lot online. The biggest issues are with online season mode (pretty much doesn't work at all).

From what I've heard, Live is vastly improved. 2k10 has a lot of bugs and the developers are having trouble patching them.

Yeah, I took your advice, guys, and cancelled my RE5. I wouldn't care if it was just some tacked on costumes or versus mode... but we're talking at least TWO new episodes in Gold! I think I'll just wait for GOLD version to get cheap down the line, rather than pay the difference in downloads now/down-the-line!

I called amazon CS when I was having problems with the RE5 lightning deal and asked the rep how long it could be in my cart without the deal expiring. She told me that since it was a limited time offer you would have to place the order soon but I think she just didn't know. Anyone else have a solid answer?
