Toshiba TV went from 0% to 100% claimed seemingly immediately. I guess they only had one on sale. ;)

EDIT: Same for the other TV. I hope those three people enjoy their new TVs.

It is really dated (by now) It was 15$ last year on black friday....Amazon really failed on this deal. I would pay 10$ish

IMO if you are looking for a PS3 exclusive FPS, Killzone 2 is the one to get. Better than MW2 IMO.

That was fast. I clicked on it as soon as the button showed and it said 'waiting in line' and I didn't get one. It was more than I wanted to spend anyway.

Yes if you claim it you should have until midnight to place the order, but some people who have claimed items such as batman that sold out lost the lightning deal price. So sometimes it can be limited amount of time.

Kinda surprised that the ps3 controllers are selling so well considering they are basically regular price. Guess people buying the console want that extra controller though. Amazon played that one well.

Batman AA is still in my cart at the $29.99 price. These people who "lost" it probably either haven't gone to the final checkout screen to see the discount reflected there or removed it from their cart.

One person imparticular on here that was having the problem I believe said the final checkout is where it started reverting back to the 52.99 price minus 10 for discover discount

lol no, I enjoyed KZ2 but anyone who plays alot of FPSs will never get used to the way the gun feels weighty. It just ends up ruining the experience, hell even with the high precision option it's still bad. I still played it online quite a bit, but I never truly got used to it. It was always there, I always noticed it, and it always nagged me. I would've been addicted to the online had that not been there.


Granted that's my opinion, alot of people say they don't notice it. But I come from playing FPS on PC, I would liken it to being like Mouse smoothing. It just creates a delay in between mouse movement and what happens on screen.

Yeah, I almost fell for it too since I just ordered my PS3 and wasn't up to speed on prices for PS3 stuff, but thanks to CAG I backed out!

not that i was particularly interested in amazon's ps3 bundle games, i jumped on it with a copy of AC1 for just a hair over 300. i can live with that :)
 
well unless i find one today at HWV i'm not gonna get assassin's creed for a better deal than that. can't wait to get AC2 for $10 in a few years ;)

Searched and found where others had problems with promo credit + lightning deal + Discover, so I did the recommend go-around of pre-ordering, wiping out my credit, then ordering the claimed Batman AA with the Discover discount, and canceled the preorder. Good times, but what a pain in the ass.
 
well, can't say the whole night/morning was a waste of time. I watched some movies that have been stacking up on me. Otherwise, i'm unimpressed with the deals so far today. Hopefully later today they will have some unannounced price drops on games like they did yesterday. Time to catch a bit of sleep now, see ya later CAGers!

You have until midnight IF the item is not sold out. If it does sell out before you checkout, you do not get the sale price.

Considering with tax here the Shack DualShock would be about $33, if I needed the extra controller now I'd probably pay Amazon the $6 to avoid dealing with a trip to RadioShack in the pre-dawn hours, where they probably only had 1 or 2 in stock anyway.

To anyone who ordered GTA4 or any games that were posted the same day that GTA 4 went on sale.

I STILL have not received the Godfather II. In my account it says that the item has not been shipped yet.

GTA 4 is here with me, but Godfather II, i dont know where it is.
