The Amazon deals have been fairly good for the Black Friday week. Of course however, this is an community that operates on saving a dollar every which way possible so not everyone is expected to be satisfied. I've purchased Tekken 6 w/ the Arcade Stick, GhostBusters Slimer Edition, Brutal Legend, Soul Caliber 4 & Afro Samurai. The only deal I missed was the Batman AA Limited Edition. The grand total so far is 146.63 with taxes included. No shipping cost since I have prime. I got 5 games, 2 of which are special edtions for a lower price than what the Tekken 6 bundle cost when it launched. So I'm very satisfied with Amazon this year.

I think it may have been meant to be put up after the 40 dollar credit offer expired and they pulled the trigger a day early.

Well I feel a bit let down by amazon but I did pick up a couple of things thanks to amazon prime trial pressuring me.

Xbox 360 Live 12 Month Messenger Gold Pack (58.96)- My xbox live runs out in a month and I need a new headset. So basicially it was 3.96 for chat pad and pgr4.

Batman AA (30.00)- I have been waiting for a good deal on this and I'm glad I didn't get the collectors edition when I had the chance. I am worried I won't have as much fun with it as I am playing through AC2 and the types of things you do seem quite similar.

Force Unleashed (12.97)- I had little interest but for 13 bucks I felt like I needed some black friday steal.

TWEWY (10.00) I was planning on picking up a used ds lite from the gs deal this weekend and I've heard it's a great game.

It's got all the DLC that would cost you about the same as the difference between the two editions. I guess the only difference is that you can sell off the game with the DLC if you ever get rid of it.

To all the people asking about Arkham Asylum: I'm a 360 enthusiast, but the PS3 version is clearly the better version if your having trouble deciding. Free DLC content, and some people claim it's somewhat crisper than the 360 (certainly not enough to merit an argument but nonetheless).

If you have both (and are on the ropes), just get the PS3 version.

What sucks is they are using fedex for 2 day shipping and they dont deliver on saturday so everything of mine is being delayed until tuesday. I want my DJ hero to hurry up and go into shipping soon so I know amazon wont cancel it.

Edit: and bam its in shipping soon status. The sooner it ships the sooner I get my credit.

Amazon is always been super quick with shipping, it's really not rare to order an item and have it's status shown as shipped 1 hour later. I honestly don't even know why people don't automatically run with Amazon Prime. I get 2 day free shipping on everything I'm ordering right now. That's with a 2 year membership on that. Totally worth it.

Normally I get my credit the same day it ships BUT it does say it could take up to two days and amazon might purposely withhold it to get us to spend real money instead of amazon bucks. Heres to hoping though

all my transactions with Amazon, they have sent UPS.
unless they changed their shipping policy for this week.

Also, if you wanted it to be at your house by Saturday, you could have choosen the shipping option

you could have paid a bit more, but your dj hero was going to be there knockin at your door in the Saturday.

I have never received an order in Saturday with UPS because i always chose the 2day shipping. its free...what can i say?
