Well I just got off the phone with an Amazon supervisor for that PSN credit...no luck.

First lady told me no because someone else said no. She kept saying Amazon doesn't price match and I was trying to explain to her it's a promotion offered by Amazon. Then I spoke to a supervisor, nice guy, but wasn't able to help me. The first lady didn't know what she was doing so she put in her notes I was trying to get the credit off an order made 5 months ago.

When he saw that she was looking at the wrong thing, he started understanding where I was coming from, but still couldn't apply it. I mentioned I know of others that have gotten the credit, and were in the same boat as me, but still denied me. He explained that they likely got "seasonal" workers who just "didn't care" and applied the credit.

While I feel that was a pretty BS excuse I gave Amazon the benefit of the doubt. This is only my second bad experience with them. First was the Xbox 360 fiasco. Sorry, just had to rant

honestly, I think there are times to call and there are times to email. I think this would be one of the times to email because a rep see's that you want a credit or whatever and just apply it (since they have so many emails to go through as it is) as compared to when you call, they need to comprehend whats going on in order to help you.

Not saying you were wrong in calling, but it's just an observation that i've made.

DQV has been out of print for months, so no deals on it I was waiting too but broke down and paid the $40 when it started going out of stock everywhere. You best hope is to find a used copy at Gamestop or place your trust in a shady 3rd party seller on Amazon or Buy.

For the sake of anyone hoping for Bowser's Inside Story to be cheap I hope so as well. It's not an experience to be missed--probably my favorite DS game this year.

DS deals were horribly weak compared to other consoles this Amazon BF (unless you really wanted Rhythm Heaven) so I'm hoping for a better Cyber Monday. Most of the DS games I want right now were surefire bombs and you'd think Amazon would have stock they need to unload.

that was the first response I got from the first person. Then I sent another email explaining that other people have received the credit and I immediately got the credit from another rep that emailed me back after about 30 minutes.

Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is a great light gun shooter, definitely a lot of fun. And I have heard that Darkside Chronicles is more of the same but improved upon. So both of those are highly recommended.
I need to get around to buying HoTD: Overkill sometime around here.
