Amazon: Buy Goldeneye (Wii Controller Bundle, Wii Standard, DS) get Goldeneye on DVD.

That is interesting. Shows the flexibility of a retailer that sells more than just games.

The (dated) movie is pretty much on TBS every month though, so I wouldn't consider this a deal.

Bro it's a free movie...and a damn good one at that. Hands down Brosnan's best Bond film.

Plus the tbs airing is edited, has commercials and you can't watch it whenever you want.

Nice find OP. (I already own the movie anyway though, but a good deal for people who don't).

It's not really free. You have to spend some cash for the game to get it. It's also a movie that is regularly dump binned and sold well under $10 at Fry's, Best Buy and other retailers. I would much rather have a $10 game credit than this junk.
this would be better if it was on blu ray.
This.

I can understand why they didn't as you wouldn't be able to play it on the Wii, but still.

Okay, Pierce.

Well, the Wii can't play DVDs anyway (outta the box), so it was really just seeing what they can get rid of.

I didn't say how amazing of n actor he is or how dashing he is ;)

I agree that I would much rather have the credit, than a movie, but still, it's better than nothing. Amazon is being pretty stingy with Wii games lately in terms of giving out credits.

I'm still hoping they will add a credit to DKCR and Goldeneye but that seems very unlikely at this point.

But did they replace Pierce Brosnan with Daniel Craig? Otherwise I'll hit a Bond paradox by playing the game and watching the movie at the same time.

I didn't realize this, wow... No HD, No DVD playback, other than first party games, mostly garbage. Nintendo Mojo ftw.

Tomorrow Never Dies was way better but since we're comparing piles of shit it doesn't matter.

I think this was the first DVD I ever bought, so this deal's only about 12 years too late. This was also Judi Dench's first appearance as M. It may seem meh now, but after the preceeding couple (or maybe all) Timothy Dalton outings, I think this was welcomed almost as enthusiastically as Daniel Craig's debut.

lol you made a funny. Tomorrow Never dies was awful, just as bad as the videogame was. *shutters*

What? A game by Black Ops was bad? Their main other games was poker style games? They're only in business now by making some generic iPhone/iPad apps? It wasn't as good as Goldeneye?!

;)

uhh, Is the movie even available on Blu-ray?

I have to agree, I'll take the free movie. I enjoy watching my movies commercial free, so it's very rare I watch any movie on tv. I might have to bite on this deal, it seems a little to good to pass up.

Well, I understand double 0s have a very short life expectancy.

I'd watch it just for kicks anyway.
