Well, once again Amazon Canada missed the launch date delivery, guaranteed of course. But, as usual I got a refund on my shipping charges for FFXV only ended up costing me $39.52... even if I can't play till tomorrow afternoon.

 
No. I'm livid. I signed up for Prime just for the Tales of Berseria CE. I'm pondering a credit card chargeback for Prime at this point, but I don't want to get myself banned from Amazon.

Well it basically was, I'd suck it up and pay the ridiculous MSRP on the Tales of Berseria CE. Considering that, Prime was basically $40 off, so worth a gamble to see if I can get value out of it in a year. Without Berseria the only game I've picked up that I'd pay full MSRP for has been Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. So my value tally has dropped from $48, down to $8 *sighs*

Amazon: I checked and see that this order canceled, on November 23, 2016 since our suppliers unable to promise the availability of the item at the time of release date.
This is being the reason this order canceled and we send e-mail notification.
As per request of many of the customers, we contacted different suppliers and updated in our website for pre order.

This backs up something somebody on Neogaf said. My gist of it is Amazon sends out routine weekly pings to Namco confirming that stock still exists. Namco failed to ping back, so Amazon's automated response is to purge all orders because the item isn't being manufactured anymore. This could erroneously happen to any preordered item if this is the case?

Parcels go straight to the buyer, Amazon doesn't rehandle 3rd party stuff for no reason. Does the tracking actually provide any details? Because there's nothing stopping a bogus seller from just marking an order as shipped, and plugging in a bogus tracking number.

If you're on Windows 10, hooking up your XBONE controller via USB is automatic, and gives you the ability to play your XBONE games on your PC through the XBOX app.
