Hello, fellow CAGs!

I had a $15 gift e-card sent over to me back on July 22nd, from a CAG sale. I just went to use that gift card, and instead my balance is reading at only $5.07.

Who should I contact at Amazon about this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you happen to order anything from Amazon since July 22nd, say for $9.93 worth of items?

Any orders you place on Amazon when you have a gift card balance have that balance applied to the transaction. You have to change that in the payment method page for the order before you complete the order.

My guess is you ordered something from Amazon and it deducted from the gift card balance.

Check your order history before you contact Amazon customer care, and see if this is the case.

I haven't ordered anything since. So, I can't say why $9.93 is missing.

I guess I'll contact Customer Service and figure out where to go from there.
