Amazon.com Trade in Question

Amazon has been delivered both of my trade in packages. One being a Books package, and the other package, some games. I have received credit for my books but have yet to receive for my games. It got delivered but on Amazon it says not yet received. Is this how it usually happens? Its been a couple of days...since friday......

is it because of Christmas time? do games take longer? they don't work on weekends?

I'd expect a bit of a wait since it's holiday time. I usually have 1-2 day turn around on trade-ins once they get there.

Fri=Xmas eve (holiday)
Sat=Xmas (holiday)
Sun=Might be closed (reduced staff or holiday)
Mon=Perhaps a reduced staff (holiday vacations, little work, etc)

Have you gotten this figured out yet? I want to trade in some old games too but if they are losing packages I will just bring them to a local shop. Did you ship the books and the games to different addresses?
