My 360 was at the point of no return- shipping soon, so I couldn't cancel it, and an email wouldn't be fast enough.
Hopped onto chat and the CSR canceled it for me, then I left and ordered it again.
Had no problems in the past.
Ex; The same day a HDTV I ordered was supposed to be delivered, Amazon lowered the price $30.
I contacted them and they refunded the money right then and there.
It was back in my bank account before noon.
