Amazon Emmy-themed TV DVD Sale

Hey all,

Figured since there was no thread on this, why not post it. Amazon is having a pretty massive TV on DVD sale that's ostensibly tied in to the Emmys. Lots of good stuff in there, though so far I haven't found anything at a really big discount. Definitely worth a look since there's well over 200 sets included...

No one else posted? Saw this on tvshowsondvd this morning. Just a heads up but Office Season 2 is 24.99. I haven't seen it for that cheap yet. And with no deals this tuesday when Season 3 comes out those who don't have S2 are in luck (like myself).

On a budget but screw it, I'm not paying more later on.
 
I had seen yesterday that "Firefly" had dropped to about $21 for its (sadly) complete series DVD set, so I jumped on that bad boy.

It's normally $20 pretty much everywhere else and can be found on sale for $17ish often.

You must have missed the sale Circuit City had on it during launch week last year. They mispriced Season 2 at 17.99, and were honoring it. All the shelf tags read "The Office Season 2 $17.99," and if I remember right, it even scanned at that price. Needless to say, I bought 2 and made one a gift... for about the price that 1 would have cost me anywhere else.

Here's hoping they make the same mistake with Season 3.
 
I was hoping to see House season 3 on there, but I might grab a few seasons of Reba for the girlfriend, she loves that show.

if u go 2 best buy before sunday u can get it for $25, i saw it yesterday at my local BB

I must have been looking for Firefly in all the wrong places then. I grant that I didn't do an extensive search these last few weeks as I had been moving toward buying it, but Target, Best Buy, Amazon, and even Sam's Club (the places I usually get DVDs) all had them for $40 or more.
