I'm seeing 19.99 again for the ps2 version. Hubbagames is 29.79. I'm sure they don't have many in stock though. Get it quick.

Damn, that was quick. I saw it at 19.99, tried to ad it to cart and it added the 29.79 copy. Went back and now it's not showing any 19.99 copies.

Maybe it is like the SMT Nocturne & DDS1/2 deal in which they started initially to go in/out of stock frequently before they became more readily available. Perhaps they are testing the water with small quantities first?

Just purchased my complete set a few minutes ago for 19.99 each been waiting to buy these at this price range, thank you very much for the heads up.
 
I have the Xbox versions 1 and 2. Both of them sealed. I was wanting to play them but lately I'm thinking of selling them on ebay or something.

Only from Hubbagames fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon credit DOESN'T work with 3rd party vendors even if it's fulfilled by Amazon, right?

Amazon seems to be sold out of Fatal Frame 1 and 3, but not the 2nd.

How do people stumble upon these old threads? They make me laugh because the conversation goes on seamlessly as if the last reply wasn't two years old
 
How often do they have them at these prices....have some credit I don't mind dropping them on if there won't be deals like this again :bouncy:
 
Dag. I probably paid $5-$10 more for each one in the series. I just didn't expect those to still be selling. Oh well.

While the thread is old and referring to old prices, they definitely were as high as $29.99 for a while in recent memory. I definitely hadn't seen any of the games at $19.99 until today.

I'm tell you, if Sony came out with a new model that has backwards compatibility they would double their sales and leave xbox and wii in the dust in sales.

Sorry, the ignorance of the comment just made me laugh, and I'm not even a fanboy.

As for the games, if you can grab the first two on Xbox, those are the versions of choice: sharper graphics, added content, special endings/unlockables.

The 3rd was only released on the PS2 (an excellent game in its own right, though i personally liked 2 more).

So sad Nintendo didn't bring Fatal Frame over to the Wii in the States.
 
With all the HD remakes going it, it'd be nice if they would bring this trilogy to the PS3 and/or 360. ../sigh they won't even give us 4 :( booo

I remember Macdill AFB (Tampa obviously lol) having the third one for PS2 for $20 a few months back. I picked up two copies of Rule of Rose from there for $20 each. They had about 20 or so copies of Rule and 10 of Fatal 3. Military bases are a great place for games. They always have a clearance section that has alot of games and some are hard to come by. I know not everyone has access to a base but if you have someone who is in the armed forces its worth a tag-along to the nearest base with them. That's how I get in lol.
 
Also, in response to Fatal Fame trilogy HD, that would be amazing. But I am really hoping for Fatal 4 on the Wii U. I know. Some people will disagree but it would be so cool to play using that controller looking around your room like you would with the 3DS and its gyro and with all the lights off and a sound system. I know I would be scared to death but the creepiness and horror factor with that combination will be astounding!
