I really want a good realistic racing game but I can't decide between forza or gt5. Any recommendations?

As of right noww, Forza 3 for me. Cheaper. really my only determining factor other than how stale gt5 felt when I played it. I enjoyed forza 3 quite a bit until I sold it. Now I'm looking for another racing game, Dirt 3 has been it for me but sort of want to pick up forza 3 again.
