Been wanting this game badly (ofcourse) so had to pull the trigger at this price!

I just checked the (U.S.) Amazon website and the XBOX 360 version is $39.99. The Windows version is $27.99, though. Are you sure you didn't confuse the two?

In the more buying choices section on the right click on the Amazon, "see price in cart" and it comes up. No tax no shipping!

Dam, you guys mentioned what I was gonna type first.

As for the $39.99, when you look down slightly on the GTAIV page, you'll see "Ships from Target.com/ITC". Why Amazon isn't the default seller, I have no clue.

Wow! Thanks, Sphere180. I would expect Amazon to be the default seller if it has items in stock, as hypertails02 noted. What a great find! $27.97 is practically a Platinum Hits price.
