Amazon Halo 4 BF/Cyber Monday deal

I picked up Halo 4 on Black Friday where they gave you $20 gift card and $10 Amazon Instant Video Credit. I could careless about $10 video credit but i was wondering how do they send the gift card? does it come in an email or do they throw it in the package? i never did a deal like this with amazon before so i just like to know they do it

I believe you are e-mailed a code within a few days of the game shipping.

I'll gladly take the AIV credit if you don't want it -- if it's a code you can give away.

Oh well, now I recall getting a Video Game $10 credit and that was placed directly into my account balance. Since the $20 is stated as a "gift card" then I assume it would be a code in your e-mail.

Got my copy in the mail and the $10 vid credit. But have yet to get the $20 game credit from the lightning deal. Has anyone else had this problem?
