I'm curious, did anyone get their stuff from A-1 Courier Services? I got a couple of stuff from UPS during the week, but the stuff I ordered Thursday is already here surprisingly. It came via courier which I wasn't expecting.

I checked out as guest through Target.com, ordered 2 got email that shipment is pushed back to early January nothing about cancellation.

Huh, I checked the OP again to make sure, but there was no mention of the House sale at Target. Seasons 1-5 are 12.99 a piece. I snagged Season 5-- it's been tradition for the last four years to grab the previous year of House for a cheap price of 12.99-14.99, so I was really happy to get a hold of this.

EDIT: Also saw Monk season 1-5 for 9.99. Not bad either.

Now I'm conflicted. I did bite on the LOTR single disc blus from Amazon for $8 each. Which even then I felt bad about since I just want the Extended Editions. I got in fairly early for 2 copies of the trilogy set from Target (one for me, one as a gift) and now I have the "delay email". Should I get return these Amazon blus anyways? Part of me says yes, f--- the non-EE releases. Other part says this will probably be the only blus of LOTR we get for awhile.

No real reason to be mad here. Amazon wasn't hiding the fact that it would be a lightning deal later - it was $13.99 with no risk of selling out quick , or taking your chances early in the morning for it.

I'm not angry about it. All I said is I'll contact them for an adjustment (which they still may provide) and if they don't want to, I'll inform them that I'll refuse the package (which is something Amazon has recommended to me when I needed to return something) If they hear that, they may determine it's cheaper for Amazon to refund me four dollars.

Anyway, a FedEx or a UPS package can be refused post delivery as long as the package isn't opened (though I figure you opened it by now and I don't know if the same rule applies to USPS if that's who delivered it for you)

I think with Target 'delyaing' the item was a way to get people to orphan their orders, but when they realized people still wanted it after the delay they just went out and canceled it.
