Amazon Medal of Honor $20 credit 'per household' question

So I ordered Medal of Honor from Amazon for my brother in law as a birthday gift. I am having it sent to his address not mine. Since the promotion says 'one per household' does shipping to another address count or are they considering the billing address? Can I place another order for myself shipped to my house and get a credit for that also? I'm guessing the alternative is to use walmart's $20 e-giftcard or make an alternate amazon account?

If your account ordered it, you can't get another one for yourself.

It seems that for Amazon the term "per household" means "per account", I've ordered in the past from my account 3 or 4 items of the same product all of them included the "bonus offer video game credit" using different billing and shipping addresses and I only received one promo credit.
