my brother made a pre-order and didn't get the bonus classic costume code, is the code suppose to come along with the receipt or something?

I'm a bit confused because all he got was the game and a receipt in the package.

Anyone else had this problem?

Instead of making a thread about it, maybe you should have asked him if he emailed Amazon about it?

Every now and then, a code will be missing. But all it takes is an email to get the issue resolved.
 
I got my $10 credit code the same day the game shipped, followed by a $4 refund due to a change in price, then the next day after it arrived I got my code. All of these were emails I got from Amazon. Have your brother check his spam folder or check through his emails again. If he didn't get it by now he should contact Amazon.
