Amazon Prime - Release Date Delivery

Does anyone else have problems getting release date delivery from Amazon? I have Prime and my Pre-Order says 'Release Date Delivery' but I've never received my purchase on release date. Is this somethin I should complain or bring to Amazon's attention?

If you're not getting the serviced promised, why in the world would you think it's okay NOT to bring it to their attention?
