Amazon R3 code Invalid

Got the pre-order code for air fuel grenade emailed this morning. Pumped in the code and it isn't valid. Anyone else have this problem or ever have a problem with an invalid code ?

Yeah. Everybody is having the same problem with the R3 air-fuel grenade code from Amazon. Just look at the discussion thread there.
 
Good to know its not only me. Called CS and they couldn't understand what I was talking about. Hope it works out since I paid full price.

They sent me the code at 3 am. I tried to use it about twelve hours later I was already halfway thru the game
