Amazon selling bootleg DVDs?

I was looking through the site and noticed this

Being an huge Sailor Moon fan I immediately knew that this was a bootleg copy since Sailor Stars was never officially released in the US. Also the set is comprised of only four discs. I wrote to Amazon telling them that they are selling bootleg DVDs but they responded that they are legit DVDs straight from the manufacturer.

How lucky of amazon to get such an exclusive deal! Sailor Moon Stars has yet to be licensed and the awful boxart amazon has listed should scare any normal person away.
