I plan on trading in my 360 holiday bundle but no longer have the games or live code. Will I get full credit under "excellent" condition or will I receive less? Thanks.
 
You're missing the things that make that bundle... that bundle. I would have to assume that it won't be counted as 'excellent'.
 
Well the live code is understandable, as used stuff on amazon's warehouse always states downloadable content may have already been redeemed.

But if you're missing the games that came with a holiday bundle, then your console is just one of the arcade, core, premium, or 20gig/120gig/250 gig standard sets.
