I decided to use the Amazon trade-in program to get credit for some textbooks and video games. I was afraid some of the textbooks wouldn't get approved. I finally got the email verifying my items. Turns out all of my books were verified but the two video games weren't. I sent Modnation racers and killzone 2. both were in good condition, no scratches, manual included. When I look at the trade-in details, I see the message 'Not yet received' next to the two games. Should I just assume those games are gone for good? Or should I call Amazon?

I'd give them a call to be safe, though you may be ok.
I had a similar situation; after a day or so the games were received as well (I believe that the games go to a different 3rd-party vendor).
