does anybody have experience with amazon trade ins for an xbox console. mine has recently been giving me video problems, and i was wondering about sending it to amazon to see if they give me some money towards a new S model. and i wanted to know how to package it.
i assume they want the console, the 20 gb hard drive, the video cable, the controllers that came with it, maybe even the ethernet cable. but do i have to send them the box it came in, or just pack it in a box with some padding. does anybody know?
