Because the new ones are out of stock and hence the rise in price for the used ones.

Speaking of ps4s. Anyone else notice that the link for the NFS ones is listing the new ps4 consoles but main Amazon page has none in stock. Might be a sign of more incoming but interesting nevertheless.

Haven't really checked it lately but I do remember it showing that back when the link originally started circulating (or maybe it was the second time I checked it) but there were none on Amazon. Maybe it's tied to the whole replacement thing?

 
Ya, I think I will hold out here.  I want to get one to trade in but hopefully they will lower the price once the new ones are back in stock.  $299 for a good would be perfect for me.

Maybe that is meant as placeholder area and maybe they are tied to the NFS consoles. That whole thing is messed up and more headache than its worth but can't help but check how that end operates every now and then.

Anyways, I have to get some work done as well so I will see you all later too. Happy hunting fellow CAGs. :)

Sending my broke ass ps4 to sony. They didn't mention a receipt nor did I. Think of it as a service to you derps that keep returning these to the AWD pool.

I did also and they didnt mention it so I just hope the fix it or replace even tho the person said they were most likely going to replace it

 
Hmm thanks eld. I was too late. Just got off work and didn't see my phone until now. Now I know there is hope for the wii u bundles. This one I have is going back to gamestop for some kindle cards!

AWD is so wacky.  Ordered a $5 Metro LL the other day as acceptable with a description that made it sound disc only.  Get it and it's complete and in perfect shape but there's still a sticker on the back saying it's missing items.

A receipt is required. It's on the paper that they send within the box telling you how to send the console. This is from someone who has sent 2 AWD PS4's to Sony. Still waiting to see if they will service them.

Yeah, I see that now. Not sure whether to be sad or relieved that I missed it. On the one hand it's a price I would have been happy at, on the other hand I constantly waffle on whether I even want it and know that I shouldn't spend the money on it out of pocket.

 
Got one of my VG PS4s and it's one with the bad batch of controllers. The rubber on the left stick of the controller is worn away and the right one looks close behind. 

The $10 PSN card is still valid but won't be for long. The PS4 itself is dusty as hell and it's an "old" launch system (manufactured Aug 2013). So, not sure what to do with it. It may go right back if I can't get rid of it at a Gamestop. I have to make sure it actually works first but not sure I want to even take the time. Hopefully my next one is better. Annoyed that this ever got listed as VG with the condition of the controller.

Edit: The PS4 itself works fine. Will probably just resell it.

You don't want to take the time to try and wind up with $100 more in credit than you spent on it?

I probably would if there was anywhere around me that had any PS4s in stock. Also I don't know if I could get full credit for it anyway with the controller. I don't know how low their standards are.

I tried to get rid of mine at Gamestop no luck there it wont read discs so im waiting for sony to send the shipping stuff...

 
So slightly off topic, but I managed to snag a LN PS4 (waiting for it to ship) and today one of the Xbox Ones that was $100 off. Someone talk me into either keeping both or ditching one of them. It's a lot of cash at once but I'm willing to be convinced. 

 
I posted this on the bestbuy trade in thread but haven't gotten any replies. Figured I'd post it here to see if you guys can help me out with it since it's related to amazon:

So here's a question for the people that ordered Fighter Within from an amazon prime eligible 3rd party seller (action gear) to flip to Best Buy but weren't able to flip it on Monday (the TIV tanked on Tueday).  If I refuse the delivery of the package (they dropped it off at my house so I will need to go to the UPS store and tell them I want to refuse the delivery), what else do I need to do to receive a full refund?  Should I still contact amazon about it or do you just wait until they issue you a refund or what?  Thanks for the help.
