Looks like they are compensating for the strong Canadian dollar. Still though it would be nice to see an even 19.99 for the Nunchuck etc.

The prices are decent, I wouldn't mind this difference if these were the fixed prices compared with the US prices.

However, what I DO mind is the tax rate. 14% is ing ridiculous, while in the states, 7% is considered high. Some states, like Delaware, have 0% sales tax. Can you imagine, getting a Wii game for exactly $49.99 instead of the $68.49 we're forced to pay?

I hate tax.

Well, I have no problem with the idea of the gst sales tax, since it does fund medicare, which might not be useful in life now, but it will be useful later in life. I think it's a tad too high, maybe at 4% or 5%. I don't like the the pst though. I haven't seen it help anything directly.
