“Mystery Box” Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game Official Rules
This Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game is intended for play in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this Game if you are not located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

In addition, consumers will be asked to vote for which computer (out of three choices) should be awarded as part of the Grand Prize for Week #1 - #3. After completing all required information, entrant must click where indicated to submit entry into the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game. 5. Instant Win Prizes/ARVs/Odds. Subject to verification of eligibility, the following instant win prizes will also be randomly awarded: a total of eight (8) computers will be available as Instant Win Prizes with two computers seeded starting on the following dates and times (with the exact time of availability of such computer prize to be randomly determined): Week #1 – July 2, 2007 at 12:00:00 p.m. EDT, Week #2 - July 9, 2007 at 12:00:00 p.m. EDT, and Week #3 - July 16, 2007 at 12:00:00 p.m. EDT. 6. Winner Notification. Potential sweepstakes winners will be notified by U.S. mail and/or express mail at the street address provided upon entry into the Game. Instant Winners will be notified online and will be sent an email confirmation to the address provided at the time of registration. If sweepstakes winner notification or prize is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, sweepstakes prize will be forfeited and an alternate sweepstakes winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Unclaimed instant win prizes may not be awarded.
7. Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Except where prohibited by law, potential winners will be required to complete and sign a Winner's Affidavit and Release and return it within 14 days of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Game, including without limitation, barring and disqualifying Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Game, in its entirety should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. No more than the advertised number of Instant Win Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor and the Game Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Game, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site.
