Slightly off topic - finished Mini Mario and Friends Amiibo Challengelast night. I got all 360 amiibo badges and got the "All levels are complete" pop-up afterward. From what I can see, I have done absolutely everything possible. Yet I am only at 93% on flagpole completion. I can't't figure it out ...
 
So I got an amiibo at best buy, how was I supposed to get the code? I thought it would print out with the receipt? Oh and I was at target and saw that pad sitting out, did not even think to really even look at it.  :bomb:

Not sure. Did you also get the gold trophies on all the stages by beating them in a certain time? Also the stages that lead into the Amiibo specific levels have to be beaten twice. I have 100% everything (including gold trophies) except about half of Star World and I'm already at 96%

I did not get all gold trophies, so that is probably what I am missing. The one review that I saw from a major site said that there was maybe an hour's worth of content. Yeah, maybe to blow throw the main levels. But to 100% the game, it is about 10X that.

I think stores are only supposed to hand those out when someone buys an amiibo but a lot of them don't care and are just leaving them out for anyone.

I tried yesterday morning, but It wasn't ringing up correctly on Rover, Kapp'n and Digby even though they were all signed on their peghooks, it was coming up as buy 2 get 1. The employee was able to process two separate $3 "coupons" to bring the price down to the right amount.

 
Is Mega Yarn Yoshi still kinda Rare? I just found a random 1 in a toysrus and just picked it up. Was it worth it? $40 right now is kinda of a lot.

Thanks, I used the Wii U code. If anyone has a 3DS code to give away, can someone PM it to me? Those go much faster than the Wii U ones.

Also, it's pretty crazy to think that I'm just three amiibo away from collecting the whole Smash series- after that, I'll only get the amiibo I'll actually use for the content.

I'm a man of integrity. I have absolutely no interest in collecting the cards, or any other full series like Animal Crossing (I don't even like/care about animal crossing)- Smash alone pretty much covers all the characters I actually care about. At most, right now I see myself getting the eventual transforming Arwing amiibo they've hinted at, but nothing else interest me right now.

 
I'm almost complete with my smash series, just need more so the commons and Lucina.

AC cards, i'm just collecting the first series, since i love AC. But i don't care any of the rest of the cards tbh.

Maybe if they take out pokemon amiibo cards for each pokemon i might collect them also. But let's just wait and see how else are they going to implement Amiibos in the near future.

They canceled production on that Arwing amiibo, something about not being able to come up with a prototype that was "safe" for children.

I got one myself yesterday. They had four-five of them on the shelf. It also looked like they had just recently re-stocked on all of their amiibo. The selection was quite good. The Mega Yarn Yoshi was the only one that I didn't already have. Still, I was glad to get one. They are quite cute, and I had been hoping to get one. (I do agree that it was a bit pricey though)
