The old thread hadn't been updated in quite some time, so I decided to make a new one. If you happen to see a sale not listed in the OP, go ahead and post it and I will be sure it's added. The same goes for anything listed that has expired as most sales have no set time frame, let me know and I will remove expired sales. Thanks!

Possibly a bunch of free premium music apps for tomorrow.

In Australia it's already April 23rd and there are a bunch of premium music apps offered for free. $55+ value.

Link

Hopefully these will be free tomorrow in the US.

I think I'll nab Out There. I've got plenty of Google Play credit thanks to those surveys.

The last app I paid for Card City Nights I ended up not being that impressed with.

Shadowrun looks good, but looks like something better suited to a handheld (DS or Vita) rather than a phone.

I've wanted Shadowrun for a long time, but it doesn't work with my phone. Oh well, I'll just wait for the Steam version to hit 75%, like I had been doing.

Some actual good games on sale for once, but too rich for my blood. At 75% off I'd probably bite on most of the SRPGs.

Record of Agarest War is actually pretty solid. I've had it on Xbox for a long time..... Still... it's worth playing. It's unique, deep, and it has waifus. Too pricey for me to double-dip on it though.
Thanks for that, I was thinking on grabbing that one since reviews on the Souls series werent too great. However with it being so deep & me not putting so much into a mobile game, I'll try to grab it on Xbox one day. Plus you're right, Id wait for a higher discount.

I tried one of those Kemco games and got pretty bored about a few hours in. It was very generic. You can put everything on auto-pilot except the boss battles. And those just required you to use healing potions and special attacks non stop instead.
Yeah, I think I'm gonna buy Alphadia Genesis, and Record of Agarest War.
I wanted to buy those 2 as well, but I dont have the credits on Google for both. Then what Eldergamer said is ringing true. I actually started playing Eve of the Genesis, since I have that free from Amazon's FAoTD way back in Nov 2011. Its a very generic straightforward JRPG, like a FF1 type. I know Alpadia Genesis is the latest one but Im wondering if the 3d battles are the only things they've added to make it "better". Since I have a $5 Amazon app credit that expires in a couple days, I may get Dark Gate, since it says there's a job system which I have found interesting since FF introduced that mechanic. Also its only $2.99, so I guess its on sale too & not too much of a hit on credits if I dont like it.

Supposedly you can get the free music apps by changing some settings. I haven't tried it. I have a feeling it won't be free in the US tomorrow. Not free in the UK or Japan.

https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/141455

How can I get the app for free if I have an Amazon.com account?

Change your 1 click address and the address associated with your payment method to your Australian address.
Go into 'Manage my Kindle' and check that the country settings show Australia. Just below that, it will state: ‘You are currently linked to shop on Amazon.com.au.’ If it says ‘You are currently linked to shop on Amazon.com’, then click the related link to select Amazon.com.au.

Was looking for ways to spend that Amazon credit and surprise, Rayman Fiesta Run is now $.99 on Amazon

Linky

I went through almost everything else to find something good, I dont think Ive ever run across so many bootleg or rip off apps/games in my life.

E-mail from Amazon, as if I didnt know or wasnt trying....

"Your $5 Credit Will Expire Soon

Dear Fred, Don't forget your free $5 credit will expire on April 30th at 11:59 PM PST. This credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase of any app or in-app item from the Amazon Appstore"

Those Zen pinball tables are looking better and better....

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is coming to Android on Wednesday according to some stuff I've seen floating around.[/quote]

About stinking time, too. Love that game on PC. Can't wait to waste away my time with it on my phone.

I wonder if that is the $5 credit that they gave out in December of last year that was supposed to expire on March 31st. Maybe they just extended it for people and started sending reminders e-mails. I notice the terms & conditions link for the offer was updated on April 15th.

That's what I did. Plus you get coins back.

I'm seriously thinking over Rayman Fiesta Run for 99 coins. My feeling is it will be free somehow at some point like Jungle Run. Plus I'm getting my fix currently with Rayman Legends on Vita.

Fiesta Run is wonderful and plays a lot differently from Rayman Legends though. Legends is still bigger and better, but bite-sized Rayman on phone and tablet is still great IMO. ~ ~

if it doesn't run on my Nexus 4, then they did it wrong ;)
yea hopefully they've resolved their issues. Originally I had an ipad mini (a nice freebie :) ) but the moment the intro video ended and you tried to start the campaign it would just crash. Not sure if they ever fixed it, just ended up selling the mini to get an air anyway where it worked fine

Looks like the 4 has 2gb, so at least its probably good there, and probably safe to assume its at least as fast as a mini. I just wonder how it will play out on a phone just due to screen size. On a bigger tablet its nice but I dont think I could really see myself playing it on my nexus 5

For some reason I was e-mailed ANOTHER $5 credit sometime in March. It was in honor of the Amazon Appstore's birthday, as the e-mail stated. I found it really weird that I was the only one who received the e-mail, its not like I did anything special for it.

Guess Rayman Fiesta run it is, and maybe some DIsney's Where's my "... " games or DLC

Still digging on Amazon

Rabbids Big Bang has dropped from $0.99 to $0.49

Its not bad for 50 coins, I got it last time it dropped.  Maybe Ubisoft is having another sale? Since Ive found this & Rayman's Fiesta Run, guess I'll check.

*EDIT* Nah no sale, but you can get 90 coins back from Prince of Persia The Shadow and the Flame.

Its currently $2.99 and seems one of the better games to drop coins/credit on to get some back.

Hmmm...never heard of anyone else getting a $5 credit for Amazon's appstore birthday. Lucky you!

Rayman Fiesta Run is also $0.99 on Google Play, but I guess you are wanting to spend that Amazon credit.

Rabbid's Big Bang is also on sale on both Google Play and Amazon for $0.49.

Ok, now the premium music apps that were free in Australia are now free in Japan today (well April 25th their time)

Link

This is just a gut feeling, but I think we might see them available for free in the US tomorrow. If I remember correctly, the last few times Amazon offered bundles of free premium apps, they were on Fridays. If I see other countries later today have the same free premium music apps, I think it is very likely it will be free in the US too.

We'll see. Most likely it will be one day only, so make sure you check tomorrow. Supposedly $55+ value.

Very Good find and thanks for posting here.  Any idea how it compares to the marvel/comixology digital comics?  I usually read mine via guided view but it gets annoying having to constantly flip my phone from portrait to landscape for the panels to fit right.

At less than 30 cents each cant hurt to try them right?

Free Cerberus Anti-Theft accounts until April 26th 6am GMT

It's Cerberus 3rd birthday, let's celebrate!

We just published updates for Cerberus (version 2.5) and Client Cerberus (version 2.0). There are some cool new features in Client Cerberus, that will make easier to recover your lost or stolen phone from another Android device:

- Web control, like remote control from the web dashboard but integrated into the app

- Touch the device name and you'll see a navigation icon, that will start "Navigation Mode" : the Google Maps navigator will start, and Cerberus will update the destination if you device moves

- If you are near the lost device, touch the radar icon to start "Radar Mode": WiFi hotspot will be started on the lost device and Client Cerberus will display the network signal, so you should have a very good indication (better than GPS) on how near you are to the lost device.

Oh, and since it's Cerberus birthday we need to celebrate: all new accounts created for the next 30 hours will get a free license! The promotion starts now (midnight GMT) and ends at 6 AM of April 26.

Just a heads up that amazon has kindle HDX at 75 off and HD at 50 off for SELECT customers so check your amazon account.

Also applies to the kindle ereaders if you're into that.

Don't try to whine your way into the discount cause amazon isn't best buy.

Cerberus is good and people should grab it.

I actually ended up using my free $5 Amazon credit on it last month as it was about to expire. They gave it away last year as well and I missed it by a day. I was waiting for it to happen again and just hit the buy button when I got to that use it or lose it situation instead. Oh well.

I've been using the Marvel Unlimited App quite a bit. They had a deal a few months ago where your first month was $0.99 (It's $70 for a year)

To really view it on a phone you have to switch it to smart panels and then slide through each panel, and occasionally rotate your phone.

If you can live with that, it's a great access to 10,000s of comics.

Reading online in a web browser is better. Just make sure you switch out of the beta mode.

I added this. It has match three! RPG elements! Monster evolving! All my favorite game types rolled into one.

(just like every other android app I play)
It actually doesn't have match-3. That's one reason I like this one better than Doctor Who Legacy; the puzzle mechanic is more fresh. There could be other games with a similar puzzle mechanic, but I've never played one.

Naturally the second I use some of my Google play credit for something the game I want goes on sale.

Final Fantasy 4 is on sale for $7.99 on google play

Since I have the coins for it on Amazon, I'll assume they wont price match as usual right?
