Animal Crossing: City Folk for $43 on Amazon

Hmm, it's roughly that price at CC this week (15% off) and next week at CC (thanks Speedy!) it comes with a $10 GC. I have $20 from the Wii Music deal at Amazon . . .

I'll have to think about it.

So glad I preordered it four months ago for $49.99 and Amazon no longer has a 30-day price guarantee on their own sale prices!

Did you not get in on the $10 GC that they were offering with preorders?

For anyone on the fence, just get Wild World on DS. Same game sans town and like 4 fish and bugs.

Well feck. I just got this game as part of the buy 3, get $50 gift card thing.

And yes, it really is just like Wild World. :( Kind of regret the purchase.

Yes.

But I also agree with the above posters ... it's practically a direct port of Wild World from the DS, with a graphical update to put it on par with the Game Cube version.

The Gamecube version is still my favorite and the reason why I still have and play it.

Yeah, it's definitely a solid game, and I wouldn't say WW or CF are necessarily "better"--they're just different.

Totally and unreservedly. If you read some reviews and it sounds interesting, it's definitely the version to get, unless you want the portability of WW.
