Amazon 

Amazon tends to offer lower everyday prices on their anime, and often run sales on Funimation items routinely. Keep track on your favorites or check your daily deal's for a possible 5% off of some based off your history on Amazon. 

(Also, I'd also recommend to check out Amazon's top 100 deals in Anime Bluray/DVD as they tend to show what's popular, or what is on sale.)

Known by many for their bad customer service, they often make up for it with their lower prices on a lot of their items. This and they routinely run sales specifically for anime.

I highly suggest when you order from them to only order in stock items, and not ones that are backordered. Save yourself the displeasure of having to deal with the headaches. And patience is a must with these sites.

I'm just glad Space Runaway Ideon was backordered on Amazon. Allowed me to cancel and save $20 on the two copies I ordered.

Paid for most of season 2 of Hozuki's Coolheadedness.
 
The buy 2 get 1 free sale at Target has some pretty good deals. I was able to get Gundam Wing 1, Gundam Wing 2, and Endless waltz blurays for $69.73 with red card and also by matching collection 1 to amazon.

How do you go about price matching with Target anyway? And how did you get them to price match and still have it work with the buy 2 get 1 free deal?

I just opened a chat and they said they'd match. They didn't even question the buy 2 get 1. It didn't seem like a big deal at least to the rep I got. After he got approval to match the price, he asked me to place the order. I placed the order with the b2g1, and then he refunded the price match amount back to my red card.

And somehow I missed Basquash....I added that as well. Natsu no Arashi I don't remember being super good, but at $10 is tough to pass up. I still passed it up for now. According to rightstuf, this is the only run they are getting of these items. So if you want them, this is a good time to grab. Not sure who Maiden Japan is, but thank you for putting out series that didn't have a N.A. release before!

Maiden Japan is part of the Sentai family.
 
If anybody is getting anything there, I can't recommend Colorful enough (the TV show; haven't seen the unrelated movie); it's hilarious. The premise - a bunch of guys who want to see panties - normally would wear thin pretty fast, but with scenarios that go into supernatural or just strange places and an awesome dub that isn't afraid to point out just how dumb it all is, it's always entertaining and definitely worth two bucks.
 
Bought Joshiraku for $9. Totally unexpected price so soon after it was released. With tax and shipping it ended up being $13 which is a more expected price.

Anyone see any good  anime options on sale for B2g1 free on target besides sailor moon? I saw Ranma was too, but that may be option 3

Those Ideon prices were crazy, and they must have went fast. I checked in when the sale was still live but Ideon was already out of stock. Probably one of the first to go.

 
i sadly havent bought anything in awhile from them. if anyone gets a code and doesn't plan on using it. i would be most appreciative.

Thanks! Big fan of the series and own several hard copies of the books but this is the best way to get back in it. Do you know if this is missing anything from the series?

This bundle has everything currently released in US. Japan has more novels not yet released here, including Owarimonogatari which US will get over the next few months.

16 novels (and some extras like the art book) for $20 is quite the deal. I've never read any of these before. Anyone have an opinion on how they compare to the anime?

I’ve listened to the audiobooks and found them to be very well done. I would really like to see them do more but with such a huge release gap between the two they have released I don’t see them doing more anytime soon. The books really do add a lot to the characters and changed some of my thoughts on characters from what the series made me feel.

doing my usual lazy way of just glancing at the lazy editions it seems like there will be some decent deals to find, but some prices that will be higher than before.

everyone should buy the limited mothly girls nozaki kun for $20 though. it's a great series and you deserve better than just the standard edition of it :p

 
I'm not going to actually use my code for Gundam, since I have Build Fighters, Wing, and 00 already. It doesn't take enough off 8th MS Team for me to bite. Is it usable by someone else?

How much did it take off? 08th ms team lowest price has always been 32.50 so if its lower than that, that's pretty good.

 
Does Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions complete set comes with Rikka Version or do I have to buy both to receive everything aside from the film?
