Anno1777 - Being medieval never felt so rewarding

Hey everyone, I was surfing ads the other day and this thing called anno1777 pops up, im reading it, it looked interesting so I signed up, played for a while, I must say it's pretty fun :p.

"ANNO1777 is an online game that simulates an economic political and military system, like the real world. You are a citizen of the seventeenth century who fights on all levels to advance the social hierarchy. You can open businesses, become governor or you can build a military empire. Everything is up to you. Unlike other games of this type, the virtual money from ANNO1777 can be exchanged for real money and vice versa. In other words, a financial success in the virtual world of the game becomes a financial success in the real world. ANNO1777 can be played directly from a browser like Internet Explorer and requires no downloads."

The only downside so far is that unless you've taken a german/romanian language course some of it will be hard to read such as a few things on the virtual bank, i usually pop over to google translate lol, but everything else is pretty well in English.

you have to get so much USd for the gold exchange rate, (whatever it is, it flucuates), convert it to gold, then convert the gold to euros, and withdraw em, its all at the left :p)

I'll tell ya, don't buy any weapons, it's a waste because so far no one else i;ve fought has had any defensive level for the weapons to make a difference
