I was concerned about this as this movie was showing as a Paramount release and Paramount is HD-DVD exclusive and have been since last summer before this DVD was released in America so I was very doubtful that it was on Blu Ray. Also, it wasn't available on Blu Ray on Amazon and that sent up a red flag for me.
yeah, i figured it was worth a try.... oh well...

I got Casshern on dvd as well last week and it's already on the way back.

I don't know but my experience hasn't really been bad. I e-mailed them, then later that day I recieved an e-mail with a link to print out a postage paid form.

I'll update if I don't get my money.

I guess there's tax for CA residents since this is located in CA. Guess I'll wait for another Amazon B1G1F deal.

Got my order too. The Lives of Others was a standard def DVD, not Blu-Ray. The packing slip even said it was supposed to be the Blu-Ray edition. I'm not too impressed.

Received FINAL FANTASY: THE SPIRITS WITHIN, HOLLOW MAN: Director's Cut and THE LEGEND OF ZORRO without incident less than a week after I ordered them. Seems legit to me!
I ordered four Blu-rays late Thursday night. Three of them shipped yesterday (all except Blade Runner). So I'm not worried.
I ordered four Blu-Rays on 1/24; all were listed as "in stock" on their website. I received emails on 1/26 that three of the items shipped.

I didn't receive a notice about the 4th Blu-Ray shipping until Tues 1/29.

All four of them arrived today (I'm in SW Indiana), shipped in one box. Obviously, all were sent on 1/29, despite what the earlier emails led me to believe.

However, I was in no hurry to receive them, all items are correct, and I got darn good prices on them. I will probably buy more from them in the future.

Same boat here, man. I e-mailed them and they never wrote back. Today I got the shipping notice for the other half of my order, Kung-Fu Hustle.

That's great... although I already got it in shipment #1 (with reg DVD of TLoO).

Son-of-a.

I bought Paprika, Corpse Bride, and Finding Neverland on 1/25 and they shipped on the 28th and I got them yesterday, all in great condition. I live in northern michigan btw.

Same here. I sent them another message today wishing for an exchange or a refund. If I don't hear back in a day or two I'll find a number and call them.

Either way, I think I'm done giving my business to Tower.

I dont see a number you can call for customer service. Once I have a little more confidence in them im going to buy Donnie Brasco and Pirates 3

It took them about 3 days to respond to my email about casshern but they finally did today. Sent me a link to print out a postage-paid return label. Now to see if I actually get my money back.

OK, now I'm very, very nervous; one of the two BDs I ordered (and the only one shipped thus far, after 4 days) was The Lives of Others, which I already have on SD (and was replacing on BD because the price was so great). Looks likely I could now have another copy on SD...GRRRR! I'll have to see, but this isn't encouraging.

Is the link for the return label that some of you have been getting one that is "custom" to your order, or a general form? If the latter, would anyone mind posting the link to save the rest of us the time, frustration, and uncertainty?

Yup: Standard DVD for Lives of Others. The call is in for a return label; we'll see how quick that comes.

Anyone know if they work to send you the right thing, or if you have to reorder?
Pirates 3 for 15 bucks...whata deal. Too bad their rep is as dependable as my unflushing turd.
read back on the other pages, cags have put in order and most have gotten what they ordered, some have not. Personally, I got a confirmation of order, shipment notice, and it arrived in a timely fashion with what I ordered.

I ordered Paprika and Underworld a few weeks back. I received them in only 5 days and they came in a nicely packed box.

Liking Tower's price on The Road Warrior HD DVD ($13.99), I just ordered 4 HD DVDs from them prior to reading this thread. Did anyone who got a standard def DVD get their order straightened out or refunded???

Have my fingers crossed that I'll have a successful order like some others did.
