However, let's try this out.

The Manchurian candidate is real. Insert a small electromagnet in the person's skull or in a collar around a person's neck. Activate it by remote control. BAM! You got yourself a sociopath. Prep the lab rat with a few commands, point him in the direction of the target and have yourself a merry Sirhan Sirhan time.
