Another RE2 GC deal, $29.99 new at Fry's Electronics San Jose, CA

Saw this tonight, in store, at Fry's Electronics, San Jose, CA.

6 still in stock at $29.99. Probably online at outpost.com too.

i have one already so didn't pick any up; dropped by to try the Jungle Beat demo.

i'm guessing RE3 will be more widely 'available' within the next few weeks. Capcom and only a matter of time before the US Collector's Edition is 'Pure Eviled'

Confirmed at the Gwinett Mall Fry's in Atlanta. I just stopped by during my lunch break and they had 4 copies on the shelf for $29.99. I've already got it so I passed, but anyone in the Atlanta area who still needs it may want to stop by and see if there are any left.

I really hope that RE3 gets the same treatment soon... I can get CV X new for $15 so I'm set as far as that, but RE 3 is what I need... and I'm not stupid enough to pay $100+ on ebay for it.

I love how I paid 35 for this used about half a year ago at Gamestop b&m, now eBay is flooded with sealed copies of RE2 GC making my copy worthless.

Did every Fry's get a few of this game recently? Do any vegas CAGs know if the Fry's here received any? I would love to pick this up since I already have RE 4 and CV:X and was planning on getting RE 0/1 either in the Pure Evil Pack used or separate with GGC/one of the many 2 for $30/25 sales.

They weren't anything special, just somehow www.gamequestdirect.com got them in stock for $40 new I believe. This was about a month ago.

I know another site had them for $30 new. They were special only because they had them in stock, not because it was very cheap.
