lol you fail to see the difference between any of these stories and the one bignick posted?
His story is about a college student being kicked by a teacher for wearing a pro GOP shirt, off campus.
My first story is about a kid that wore an anti-bush shirt to a high school and was told to leave, by the school and not just one teacher, and to never wear it again.
My second story is about three teachers that were invited to a Bush rally, who wore shirts that said simply, "protect our civil liberties". No mention of any candidate. They were kicked out and threatened with arrest.
My third story is about a couple who wore "Love America, Hate Bush" t-shirts to a public appearance by Bush, and were arrested for it and thrown in jail. The wife was fired from her job at FEMA. The appearance was not a campaign really, but an Official Presidential Visit on the steps of the State Capitol, which is public property.
My fourth story is about a group of people who were imitating the Abu Ghraib "human pyramid", and were arrested before Bush was even in the area. The Republican attorney general concluded that their rights were violated. They were not naked.
My fifth story is about a mother of a soldier killed in Iraq, who was arrested and thown in jail after wearing a t-shirt that had a picture of her son and said, "President Bush You Killed My Son", and for yelling to Laura Bush, "When are yours going to serve?" after she mentioned the troops in Iraq.
Do I see a difference? Yes, in the story Bignick posted, I see one teacher doing something wrong, but acting alone. In 4 of the 5 stories I posted, I see a systematic abuse of the Secret Service and local police by Bush to suppress dissent wherever he goes. Even at his campaign rallies, it is not the job of the Secret Service or police to remove dissenters, it is the job of their private security, who are within their rights to remove them, but not have them arrested.
My first story is about a boy who was removed from school, by the school itself, for wearing an anti bush t-shirt. Here is a better story about what happened in Bignick's story, and not just a short blurb:

The student was kicked once, while off campus, by a part time visiting teacher. He wore a College Republicans sweat shirt, which said "Work for us now ... or work for us later." What the teacher did was wrong, but it was not sanctioned by the school, took place off campus, and the teacher did not know the person was a student. Its still wrong, but it is one person behaving badly.
Additionally, College Republicans is a wing of the Republican Party who disgracefully scam the elderly out of their retirement money. I find this much more serious and much more of a disgrace than anything this teacher did.

And here is the CAG thread:

I dunno people stripping down and forming a human pyarmid in public for pretty much any reason seems like an idiotic act to me. Especially if they honestly don't expect there would be some reprocutions.
Did you bother reading the story? They were not naked. They did not violate any decency laws. They were trying to make a valid point about Abu Ghraib.
