If you're going to lock threads regarding something decriminalized, then migth as well lock threads about actual illegal stuff.

I'm not talking about other countries. I'm talking about U.S. law, considering those are the only laws that apply to CAG, I assume.

And if this forum was based in those countries and only those laws applied then yes, you could make a thread about them.

No, no you can. We don't have set rules here on CAG. We are loose constructionists. We do what needs to be done, what is morally right. Driving through a red light is not the same as tlaking about snorting coke with 100 dollar bills. Each issue is address based on that issue alone. What is done is what is morally right for this site.

The difference is that people aren't making threads talking about how they intentionally break the speed limit (or atleast I don't think they are).
