Antivirus/Internet Security Software

Any recommendations on good anti virus and internet security programs (or an all in one package) for windows 7. I'm using Microsoft security essentials now. Works but not sure as to how secure it is. thanks.

MSE is a good security program, but I supplement it with a scan by Malwarebytes every week or two.
