The name is perfect the way it is. Its funny, its edgy, but its not offensive. Its not crude and offensive like "cheapassgamerbitch" would be.

I figured I might have been wrong, but the main thrust of the joke was the eitology of the word lunatic. As I suspected, the joke just flew over the heads of most.
