Any chance of these 3DS games going on sale?

Ocarina of Time
Fire Emblem: Awakening

Correct me if i'm wrong but people say all these games are likely to go out of print? If so would now be a good time to nab them?

Some games like big name Nintendo games, will not go on sale at ridiculously low prices at $20 or less. If you see a B2G1 or a really good deal, always jump on them for the games you know are going to be hard to find.
