Any deals out there on Lunar 1 or 2? Could be PSX or SegaCD, I'd rather buy it complete though. I know EB has them for $40 but those are probably disc only.
I've got a sealed lunar legend (GBA). does that help?
I think he just wants Lunar Sliver Star Story and Lunar Eternal Blue, not Lunar Legend.

Not really, but thanks though. I'm not really a gameboy fan. Looking for Silver Star Story or Eternal Blue for PSX or Sega CD.

(But you bumped my topic, which does help. Thanks)

It would take a lot for me to trade my Lunar SSS Complete... I probably won't ever trade Eternal Blue.

Both are barely used and complete... in perfect condition.

If you have some really good condition PSone RPGs, I might be willing to trade SSS.

Haven't seen those two games on sale in a while. I have both Lunar Silver Star Story Complete and Eternal Blue Complete(with punching puppet Galeon), but I'm keeping them. Paid 60$ and 70$ respectively.

I'm looking for ps1 rpg's too, the only one I have right now is Arc the Lad Collection, but I'm not trading that.

Thanks though. There has to be somewhere that has a deal on them... If not then I'll have to bite the bullet and buy used from EB, and probably hunt for manuals afterwards.
Anything? Anywhere? Think I'd be lucky enough to get a box and manual if I ordered from EB with aff25?
Seriously doubtful...
wow... 40 bucks for a PO version for either versions and it's "May not include instructions and original packaging. "
I don't think it's worth it...

I have the puppet too! I think I lost the map for SSSC, but it has to be somewhere. BTW dont get the gameboy lunar, SSSC is alot better. You can try and look at ebay, I remember I checked there awhile ago and prices werent too bad, not more than I payed when I preordered them at least.

I owned both games, definitly worth the retail price...I still have the Collectors hardbound book to Eternal blue

anybody want it

The manual? I'll certainly want it if I buy one that doesn't include it...

I've been watching ebay and its been ~45-50, more if its the complete collectors edition and ~35 for discs only.

I saw a complete Lunar Silver Star (without map) Box+Booklet+4CD at my Gamestop $30 Plus tax The discs where OK.I think one was Doctored. I have a mint copy for myself . As for the second Lunar I just found 2 copies and 1 copmlete is on hold for me it's 39.99 . The second copy was missing something. If you want I can check on both. PM me.

Heh. I found a copy of Eternal Blue, nearly sealed, at the TRU sale the other day. Ten bucks. That made my day.

I'm assuming when you say "nearly sealed" that it's still Preowned except in great condition...

I didn't know TRU sold used games.

Masha I sent you a PM.

And I'll try calling around the local EB/GS/etc again. God damn ebay.

No. That particular box is sealed by a small circle of tape across one of the edges; the tape had worn down due to time, I guess, and had peeled open. The inside of that thing was pristine.

How would this be...

$37.50 shipped for Lunar 2 with case, manual, and 4 game discs, but no outer box, map, pendant, making of disc or soundtrack.

I'd rather buy one complete but most of the stuff that low is disc only, at least on ebay.

I dunno, that's not that great a deal. It sounds like you really want something complete, so I wouldn't settle for less than nearly complete and at $40, that's not a steal at all. I'd look around for some other offer.

Thats what I was thinking myself, just making sure I wasn't crazy or too cheap.

I'm sure I'll find it complete at the price I want it for if I'm patient enough.

Keep watching Ebay. There's a complete one that has an auction ending in 2 days that seems like it could be good in terms of pricing.

Good luck finding a sucker selling it at a really low price with everything complete

I wouldn't say a sucker... Happens on ebay sometimes. Maybe EB or GS will happen to have one complete or whatever... I wouldn't call $40 a really low price either.

But yeah, I've been watching ebay, they tend to go up the most towards the end.

The game inside the box should be sealed in plastic if it's new... I got my Lunar 1 at Toys R Us for 50 long ago, but after it was discontinued.

In a b&m EB I would agree, if they have one, but EB.com I'm not sure of... Could be disc only. My EB hasn't had one in a long time but theres a few more around I can check.

There's a used game store around here that has 2 copies of the first Lunar for $50 each complete. LMK, I may be able to pick one up for you.
I need Lunar 2 guide. I know its rare but i need it.
You and me both brother. You can get it much cheaper if you don't get the hardcover ones. But the paperbacks are still like 30-40 on ebay. :?

Blockbuster in Dedham Plaza (across the street from Best Buy in Dedham) has (as of last Sunday anyway) Lunar 2 on psx for $15.
Just the original Jewel case and 3 CDs though.

It will at least double

I'd say $50 at the very least, though probably not worth that. The Silver Star Story guide is not the rare one, the Eternal Blue one is.
Please remember I still have one :D

Not that I'd bid that, just how high I think it'll go.

Let me know if anything pops up on my tradelist that you'll take + cash.

I'm digressing a bit, but I'll share a story:

I worked at a game store back in '96 and '97. We stopped taking Sega CD games. Someone brought in Lunar: Eternal Blue and I paid them $28 for it. It was absolutely mint. There was a Half-Price Books in the same strip mall where I had seen a Lunar: Eternal Blue guide for $5 many months prior. They still had it, so I snagged that, too.

Fast-forward to '99. I need money. I ebay them both as a set. Get $100 winning bid. Email the guy to set up payment (way before PayPal). Received no response for a week and a half, despite lots of emails.

Finally forced to relist it. It only goes for $68 this time -- someone got a great freaking deal. The SAME DAY the relist is over, I get a check from the first winning bidder. Mother >bleep
