Any Good Deals for Death Note vol 1 DVD?

I know Amazon has the collector's edition with Ryuk figurine for $30 and free shipping, but I'd love to buy this DVD in stores so I could watch it the same week. Have any prices surfaced for stores such as Best Buy? I just want to see if I can pick it up around Tuesday, perhaps the same day I get Mass Effect.

I saw it about a week ago at a Borders Express, with the Ryuk figure, broken street date. I passed it up because it was $40 though.

I'm waiting for Tuesday and I'll grab it off of Deep Discount with the 20%.

Okay, my mistake. But again, I was mainly seeing if Best Buy or any other store had a good deal for the DVDs, because I'd like to get it around Thanksgiving weekend, at my time off, rather than wait an extra few days while it's being shipped.

um, there are FYE's in South Florida. 99.9% of the malls around here (FT. Lauderdale/Miami area) have them.
