Any of you guys buying budget 32" LCD TV's

I've been tempted to pick up one of the under-$1000 720p LCD TVs for use with my game systems...but I can't decide on which to get.

The Westinghouse 1080p model at 37" is nice, but really i dont want to spend even $1500.....the ones coming under the radar at $999 or less are VERY tempting.

Just curious if any of you had jumped on one of these as the prices keep dropping. What was $1200 just a few months ago are now like $799...

Out of the cheap ones, the westinghouse would be it. How about the 34" model?

Somehow, it seems hard to conceive of the words "LCD TV" and "Budget" to be in the same sentence.

CRT TVs would have better picture quality and they'd be cheaper... however they're twice the size and weigh about 150 pounds.

I already have one....a 65" Mitsubishi..and yeah, its a 300lb behemoth. I also have a front projector thats currently doing 110"....but I'm really after a relatively lightweight and portable 30 or 32" TV....The westinghouse I've seen as low as $999 on sale......I'm tempted, because I could also use it as a PC monitor if I chose to.
