Any Old/Current Gen ipod markdowns?

I was planning on getting one of the 3rd generation nanos until I found out how ugly they are...so I'm going to get a 2nd gen 8gb black nano. I haven't seen anything about any sales, but surely they'll be marked down so retailers can make room for the new ones? Does anyone remember what they did last year when the new ipods came out?

unless you wanna try those student discounted iPods at your local community college bookstores or universities.

of course you need to check if they did price cut on those iPods first.

I might be selling my 30gb 5g video ipod. Or I have a 2gb 1st gen I could sell too.

Both have a best skin ever on it too.
